Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

• Standard delivery across India takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.

• Delivery to remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS/WhatsApp (if available).

Delivery Delays

• Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier issues, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. RAW & RISE is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
